Privacy policy

Oleo (“we”, “us”) sells digital wallpapers. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Order details — your email and purchase history, so we can deliver files and help with support.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Custom uploads — photos you send for a custom order, used only to create your painting and deleted on request.
• Basic analytics — anonymised page visits, to understand what people like. No creepy tracking.

What we never do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t email you unless you asked us to (or to send your order). You can unsubscribe in one click.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email oleo.wallpapers@gmail.com and we’ll sort it within 30 days.

Terms of service

By buying from Oleo you agree to these terms. They’re here to keep things fair for both of us.

What you’re buying

A licence to use digital wallpaper files for personal use (see the Licence section). You’re not buying the original artwork or its copyright.

Delivery

Bundles are delivered instantly by download link on the confirmation page and by email. Download links stay live for 30 days and allow a limited number of downloads; ask us and we’ll re-issue yours. Custom orders are delivered after you approve the proof — we email the proof about 48 hours after you send your photos.

Your responsibilities

• Don’t resell, redistribute, or claim our paintings as your own.
• For custom orders, only upload photos you have the right to use.

Liability

We work hard to make every file great, but we provide them “as is”. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the order.

Licence

Every Oleo wallpaper — bundle or custom — comes with a personal-use licence.

You can

• Use the wallpapers on any device you personally own, forever.
• Re-download from your link for 30 days after purchase. After that, email us and we’ll re-issue it — free, for as long as we’re trading.

You can’t

• Sell, share, or redistribute the files.
• Use them in a product, service, or commercial project.

Need commercial or client use? Email us for an extended licence — we’re happy to help.

Refund policy

Because these are digital files that download instantly, we can’t take them back once delivered. But we stand behind them with a 14-day file guarantee.

• If a file won’t open, is the wrong size, or is missing, tell us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.
• For custom orders you approve a proof before the final, so there are no surprises.
